Exchanges Welcomed

No refunds.

Exchanges are welcomed upto 21 days after purchase.

Credits are given to regular priced jewellery only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

USA customers: Please contact us directly BEFORE shipping products back. For Contents of Parcels, it MUST be labelled with Returned Goods; Canadian Art. Mislabeled parcel may be charged unnecessary brokerage/duty fees for customers.

50% deposit is required for custom orders and all custom orders are final sale.
