Meditation Spinner Ring

Many Tibetan Buddhists pray and chant with a prayer wheel in their hand.  The prayer wheel is held in one hand on a handle and swung gently clockwise causing the inner ring to spin. This modern mediation ring is loosely based on this sacred practice.  
 
Our rings have a slight convex shape to give them strength and the inside of the rings have been sanded smooth for a "barely there" feeling on your finger.  
 
The ring is made with textured sterling silver and blacken with patina.  There is a split in the outer ring to give it a modern appearance.  The inner ring is high polished sterling silver and forms a complete cirlce in the middle of the dark band. The inner ring spins freely with just a twist.  A Spinning ring is good tool to use as a reminder to bring your mind back to the present moment and leave your anxieties behind.
